PC Gaming Security Readiness Checker
Check the documented PC boot-security requirements for selected games and competitive contexts. The checker uses only the answers you provide, stays in your browser, and does not scan or change your PC.
Requirement breakdown
Official sources
This checks documented security requirements and the answers you provided. It does not scan your PC, verify every anti-cheat factor, or guarantee that the game will launch.
What this checker covers
It compares your selected game or competitive context with maintained first-party evidence for Secure Boot, TPM 2.0, Memory Integrity or HVCI, VBS capability, and IOMMU where those requirements are documented. Tournament, Windows-version, mode, and supported-hardware conditions are resolved before unrelated security questions are shown.
What the result means
A result is based on the documented requirements and the states you report. It does not prove publisher attestation, verify every anti-cheat factor, or guarantee that a game will launch. When a requirement cannot be established safely, the checker returns Need to check instead of guessing.
Privacy, sources and freshness
Your security answers stay in the browser. They are not stored in WordPress, analytics, URLs, cookies, local storage, or session storage. The checker does not change BIOS, registry, PowerShell, or firmware settings.
Each result uses maintained first-party evidence and shows the date Instant Game Zone last verified it. If the evidence is stale, the checker stops at Official source needs a fresh check. Read-only reference guidance is available from Microsoft Secure Boot, Microsoft TPM 2.0, Microsoft Memory Integrity and HVCI, Activision TPM and Secure Boot, and Epic Games security requirement guidance.
